Position : Senior Technical Support/Helpdesk


Main Responsibilities
  • Designed and constructed the server configuration to accommodate future expansion.
  • Check and deal with server vulnerability.
  • Maintenance of computer equipment and networks system within the organization.
  • Coordinate with overseas branch.
  • Bachelor’s or Master degree in IT, Computer Science or any related fields.
  • Minimum 3-5 years experienced in Hardware, Software, Network, Server Hosting.
  • Good command in English should be advantage.
  • Knowledge of Domain, DNS
  • Knowledge of operating system Unix, Linux, Debian, Windows Server Test and troubleshoot all site functions.
  • Maintenance and installation Network , Server , VPS , Dedicated Server , LoadBalanced System , Cluster System , Storage Server (SAN,NAS)
  • Installed and Configured. Firewall Server , DNS Server , DHCP Server , DNS Server , Proxy Server , Web Server , SAMBA Server , Mail Server
  • Installed and Configured Virtual Server (VMware, OpenVZ, VirtualBox)
  • (POP3,SMTP,IMAP,SpamFilter) , VPN Server(ex.openvpn,cisco), VPS , Cloud Server
  • Cloud Server Management (Openstack,KVM)
  • If you have experience with Web Programmer, will be an advantage.
